A folding inner panel fails differently from a normal phone screen: a line along the crease, touch dying on one half, or the protective layer lifting at the edge. None of those mean the phone is finished, and all of them get worse if the device keeps being folded.

Questions we get asked
The protective layer on my inner screen is peeling. Is that the screen?
Usually not. That layer is a factory-fitted film, and on most generations it can be replaced on its own for far less than a panel. Never peel it off yourself — it is doing structural work on the fold.
Do you repair the crease line?
A visible crease is normal on every folding phone and is not a fault. A dark or dead line along the crease is, and that is a panel job. We will tell you which one you have before quoting.
Will I lose my data?
A screen or battery job does not touch your storage, but back up before you hand any device over — a repair can always uncover a second fault. You agree to that in writing when you log the job, and we say so again at the counter.
How long will it take?
An Express repair is normally 1–5 days depending on the part. You are given a promised date when the quote is approved, and a countdown to it on your tracking page — if it slips, you see that before you have to ask.
