Questions we get asked
My iPad works but the glass is cracked. Can I leave it?
You can, but cracked glass lets dust and moisture into the digitiser, and the repair gets dearer once that starts. It is also the usual way a small crack becomes a dead touch layer.
Will I lose my data?
A screen or battery job does not touch your storage, but back up before you hand any device over — a repair can always uncover a second fault. You agree to that in writing when you log the job, and we say so again at the counter.
How long will it take?
An Express repair is normally 1–5 days depending on the part. You are given a promised date when the quote is approved, and a countdown to it on your tracking page — if it slips, you see that before you have to ask.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes. Express repairs carry a workmanship warranty from the day you collect, and an OEM repair through the Apple Authorised Service Provider carries Apple’s own terms. The exact period is on your invoice and on the tracking page.
